Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a shield starting and receiving end head reinforcement device and method in a mining method tunnel. The shield starting and receiving end head reinforcement device comprises the mining method tunnel, secondary lining of a plug wall, initial support of the plug wall and a shield tunnel, and further comprises a plain concrete reinforcement body and a reinforcement layer, wherein the mining method tunnel is connected with the shield tunnel. The outer side face of the mining method tunnel is provided with the secondary lining of the plug wall, and the secondary lining of the plug wall is arranged to be tightly attached to the mining method tunnel. A first notch used for connecting with the shield tunnel is formed in the secondary lining of the plug wall, and the heightof the first notch is the same as the inner diameter of the shield tunnel.
