Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a PCR-SBT method for genotyping a CD36 antigen. The PCR-SBT method comprises the following steps: preparing human genomic DNA; providing an amplification primer, respectively amplifying gene sequences of the CD36 antigen through polymerase chain reaction; performing double enzyme digestion purification on the amplification primer; providing a sequencing primer and performingsequencing PCR reaction on a purified product; performing sodium acetate-ethanol precipitation purification on the sequencing primer and performing capillary electrophoresis sequencing; analyzing obtained sequences through software and determining genotypes. The invention further provides a reagent used in the method. The PCR-SBT method and the reagent provided by the invention have the benefit that through respectively performing sequence sequencing on the gene sequences of a 5' terminal and a 1-15 exon of the CD36 antigen, oligonucleotide sequences of CD36 antigen genotypes are obtained, sothat genotyping is accura
