Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a red fluorescent powder with enhanced heat stability. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, weighing a K2TiF6:Mn fluorescent powder, dissolving the K2TiF6:Mn fluorescent powder into an ethyl alcohol solution, and stirring; then, adding NH4OH, and stirring for 40 to 60 minutes at room temperature; adding organic metal salt into the solution, and continuing to react for 3 to 5 hours, wherein the organic metal salt is used as a surface coating agent; finally, centrifuging, washing, and drying, so as to obtain the metal oxide-coated K2TiF6:Mn red fluorescent powder. The preparation method has the advantages that titanium isopropylate is used as an oxide-coated precursor, a TiO2 (titanium dioxide) protectivelayer is formed at the surface of the K2TiF6:Mn red fluorescent powder, and the fluorescent heat stability of the fluorescent powder is enhanced.
