Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides zinc oxide based nano-particle ink. The zinc oxide based nano-particle ink comprises zinc oxide based nano-particles, a first solvent and a second solvent, wherein the zinc oxide based nano-particles are provided with ligands; the ligands are glycols, alcohol amines from C2 to C4 or acid amides from C1 to C4; the first solvent is alcohol ether and/or saturated monohydric alcohols with the boiling point being 160-250 DEG C; the second solvent is diol; the content of the first solvent is 60wt%-96wt%; and the content of the second solvent is 3wt%-30wt%. The provided zinc oxide based nano-particle ink is suitable for ink-jet printing, and is excellent in printing effect; a sprayer is not blocked after printing for multiple hours continuously; and a printing ink droplet track does not offset.
