Plastic film pellet and method of manufacturing same

A method for manufacturing a plastic film pellet comprises the steps of: (A) preparing a vacuum mixing tank, adding a plurality of porous microparticles and grinding with an abrasive material, and refining the average particle diameter of the porous microparticles to a submicron size; (B) adding an oxidative adsorption material and stirring and mixing for a period of time at a low rotational speed, the oxidative adsorption material comprising a photocatalyst, a solvent and a dispersion medium; (C) after vacuumizing, standing for a period of time; (D) breaking the vacuum and adding an anti-mildew antibacterial agent, and then stirring and mixing at a high speed for a period of time; (E) after vacuuming, stirring and mixing at a low speed for a period of time; (F) dewatering to obtain a functional filler powder; (G) taking the functional filler powder, uniformly mixing with a polymer plastic, to pellet.
