Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a quaternary ammonium containing an anacardol group, and application thereof. The quaternary ammonium is a compound as shown in a formula I. The quaternary ammonium provided by the invention can be used as cationic surface active agent with gram-negative bacteria.
