Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fiber-reinforced cement-based material and a preparation method thereof. The fiber-reinforced cement-based material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-32% of cement, 10-13% of coal ash, 10-16% of coarse sand, 25-33% of fine sand, 4-6% of silica fume, 8-9% of water, and 1-1.5% of a water reducing agent, wherein the sum of the components is 100%.The fiber-reinforced cement-based material further comprises 1-2% by volume of steel fibers, and 0-1% by volume of basalt fibers. The fiber-reinforced cement-based material remains ultrahigh performance and high mechanical performance and also greatly improves the resistivity, so that the risk of electrochemical corrosion in a complex environment can be decreased. 本发明公开了种纤维增强水泥基材料及其制备方法。该纤维增强水泥基材料按照重量百分比包括如下组分:水泥30-32%、粉煤灰10-13%、粗砂10-16%、细砂25-33%、硅灰4-6%、水8-9%、减水剂1-1.5%,上述组分之和为100%;所述纤维增强水泥基材料还包括钢纤维与玄武岩纤维,所述钢纤维的体积掺量为1%-2%,所述玄武岩纤维的体积掺量为0-1%。本发明在保持了超高性能纤维增强水泥基材料良好的力学性能的同时,大幅提升了其电阻率,降低了其在复杂环境下发生电化学腐蚀的风险。
