The invention relates to a novel jewelry packaging bag with a display function. The jewelry packaging bag includes an upright bag body. The upright bag body includes a main body part formed by splicing a front bag sheet, a rear bag sheet, a left bag sheet and a right bag sheet, and a bottom which is provided with a rectangular bottom bag sheet spliced with the four bag sheets. The top edge of thefront bag sheet and the top edge of the rear bag sheet are connected to each other; the front bag sheet and the rear bag sheet enable two shoulder parts to be respectively formed at the top of the left bag sheet and the top of the right bag sheet; the two shoulder parts are respectively provided with transparent display windows; the top inner side of the left bag sheet and the top inner side of the right bag sheet are respectively fixedly provided with transparent clamping members for clamping jewelry through super glue; the jewelry is in a form of a ring; and the jewelry is clamped between the two transparent clampin
