Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly plywood. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) pretreatment, specifically, soaking and cutting a raw wood material to obtain veneers; (2) pre-drying, specifically, drying the veneers through a roller dryer to enable the water content of core veneers to be less than or equal to 20% and the water content offace veneers to be 30%, reducing the water content of the veneers to be reduced to 35% or below and conducting still standing for 3-5 days; and (3) spraying, specifically, conducting fumigating through Chinese herb steam. The environment-friendly plywood produced through the preparation method contains fewer aldehydes substances and has the properties of environmental protection and safety. The Chinese herbs such as fructus cnidii, sophora flavescens, coptidis rhizome, tea leaves, forsythia and asarum are added. Active ingredients in the Chinese herbs have the obvious inhibiting effect on coriolus versicolor and gloeo
