The invention provides a mist and dust removing device. The mist and dust removing device comprise a dust removing pipe, wherein a plurality of cyclones are arranged in the dust removing pipe; each cyclone comprises a plurality of oblique swirl vanes; a restraining ring is also arranged between any two adjacent cyclones; the inner diameter of each restraining ring is gradually increased from the middle part to upper and lower ends. According to the mist and dust removing device, the cyclones are arranged in the dust removing pipe; by arrangement of the cyclones, the circulating direction of waste gases can be changed and the waste gas is enabled to spirally ascend. Fog drops and dust with greater density outward move under the action of a centrifugal force, are captured by the inner wall and finally slide in a collecting device under the action of gravity.
