The device includes a clamping head casing, a picking starting component, a linkage component, a picking component, a pull part, a sliding block and a clamping strip, wherein the bottom of the clamping head casing is provided with a connecting groove, the top of the clamping head casing is provided with a long hole, and a sliding groove is formed in the clamping head casing; the picking starting component includes a long rod and a first torsional spring sleeving the top of the long rod, and the long rod is rotatably connected to the center of the connecting groove; the linkage component is disposed in the sliding groove; the picking component is fixedly connected with the linkage component andpasses through the long hole and can move in the long hole; the lower end of the pull part passes through the groove wall of the connecting groove, and the upper end of the pull part is fixedly connected with the linkage com
