The adjusting method comprises the following steps of acquiring an influence parameter, wherein the influence of an influence surface on electronic equipment is represented by the influence parameter, and the influence surface is a surface which is close to or in contact with the electronic equipment; determining a first audio parameter matched with theinfluence parameter; and adjusting audio playing of the electronic equipment according to the first audio parameter.
