The embodiment of the invention relates to a lattice image processing method. The method comprises the following steps: collecting, by a recognition device, image data of a first size of a passing lattice area; performing binarization processing on the image data to obtain a first lattice image of the first size; intercepting second lattice images of a plurality of second sizes in the first lattice image of the first size; performing lattice recognition processing on the second lattice images to obtain lattice points in the second lattice images; performing statistics on the number of the lattice points in each second lattice image; selecting a second lattice image in which the number of the lattice points is within a preset threshold range; calculating a distance difference between the central position of each selected second lattice image and the central position of the first lattice image, and sorting the distance differences; selecting the second lattice image with the minimum distance difference, and rec
