Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a system for achieving temperature automatic control on the basis of a single chip microcomputer. The system comprises a power source,the single chip microcomputer,a heating module,a temperature detecting component,a temperature control circuit,an interface circuit and a zero cross signal generator. The heating module carries out heating by itself and is used as a detectedobject in the system,the temperature detecting component detects the temperature of the heating module,the temperature control circuit controls the temperature of the heating module,the interface circuit achieves expansion of the single chip microcomputer,and the zero cross signal generator generates a zero cross synchronous pulse which is applied to the temperature control circuit to serve as a start synchronous pulse of a thyristor. Temperature control in a range from 0 DEG C to 1000 DEG C can be achieved,the precision is high,the processing speed is high,the price is low,and the system is applicable to many fields |
