The invention relates to a power supply control system, in particular to a computer programmable and output-controlled power supply control system which is used in a laboratory and capable of meetingpower supply fluctuation tests. The power supply control system comprises a computer control terminal and a power supply controller, and the power supply controller comprises a single chip microcontroller circuit, a switching device, a serial driving circuit, keys, a display screen, a feedback circuit and a D/A convertor, wherein the switching device, the serial driving circuit, the keys, the display screen, the feedback circuit and the D/A convertor are connected with the single chip microcontroller circuit.
