The rack is provided with three parallelly-arranged rack guiding rails.The rack guiding rails are arranged on the same horizontal plane. The length direction of the rack guiding rails is the same as the advancing direction of the travelling device. The two sets of travelling foot tools are arranged on the front portion and the rear portion of each rack guiding rail correspondingly.
