Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses high temperature-resistant and wear-resistant PTFE. The high temperature-resistant and wear-resistant PTFE is composed of 60%-80% of PTFE, 3%-6% of glass fibers, 2%-5% of a zirconium-titanium alloy, 3%-5% of graphite powder, 3%-5% of tungsten carbide, 4%-8% of polyphenyl ester, 2%-5% of nano-silica, 3%-7% of a silane coupling agent, 1%-3% of a water soluble coupling agent and a composite halogen-free flame retardant. Through use of the glass fibers and nano-silica, the high temperature resistance of PTFE is effectively improved. Through use of the zirconium-titanium alloy, tungsten carbide and water soluble coupling agent, the wear resistance of PTFE is effectively improved.
