The waste polyester textile recycling method comprises the steps that firstly,ethylene glycol is added into waste polyester textiles for stirring and pretreatment; secondly,the pretreated textiles are placed in an alcoholysis kettle,ethylene glycol is added again for an alcoholysis reaction with zinc acetate as a catalyst,undissolved substances in alcoholysis liquid are filtered out,then the alcoholysis liquid is subjected to reduced pressure distillation,crude polyethylene glycol terephthalate obtained through reduced pressure distillation is purified,and purified polyethylene glycol terephthalate is obtained; thirdly,the purified polyethylene glycol terephthalate is added into a pre-polymerization kettle and subjected to pre-polymerization by adding an catalyst,a prepolymer obtained through the pre-polymerization reaction is put into a final polymerization kettle for final polymerization,discharging is conducted through a melt pum
