Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method using a calamus aqueous extract to promote rapid separating of an algae solution in microalgae wastewater treatment, the method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking calamus in water for 25 to 35 days, and filtering to obtain the calamus aqueous extract; (2) adding the calamus aqueous extract to wastewater containing microalgae, and cultivating under the conditions of temperature of 29+/-0.5DEG C, illumination intensity of 3500lx, and light-dark ratio of 14h:10h to promote formation of microalgae floes so as to settle the microalgae floes. The method has microalgae strong self-flocculation sedimentation effect, and can promote the growth of the microalgae, the self-flocculation time is short, the sedimentation is fast, and the effect is remarkable. 本发明提供了种利用菖蒲水浸提液促进微藻废水处理中藻液快速分离的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将菖蒲浸泡到水中,浸泡25-35天后,过滤得到菖蒲水浸提液;(2)将菖蒲水浸提液加入到含有微藻的废水中,在温度为29±0.5℃、光照强度为3500lx、光暗比为14h:10h的条件下培养,促进微藻絮凝体形成,使微藻絮凝体沉降。该方法具有较强的微藻自絮凝沉降的效果,且可促进微藻的生长,自絮凝时间短、沉降快、效果显著。
