Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a machining method of a semi-finished tail fin frame product and belongs to the field of machining of stabilizing devices. The machining method provided by the invention comprises the steps including workblank blanking and rough turning; heating; scale removing; hot extrusion; secondary lubrication; annealing; machining; and cold molding. According to the method, a workblank hot-cold composite extrusion method is adopted, the material consumption of the single part is reduced to 92 kilograms from 115 kilograms, the machining duration is shortened to 16 hours from 24 hours, the shape is not machined any more, using of a numerical control rod milling cutter is reduced, cutter loss is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, meanwhile, in terms of the part produced by adopting the hot-cold composite extrusion method, the integrity of a metal flow line in the subsequent machining process is guaranteed, and the safety factor of the using process is increased. 本发明涉及种尾翼架半成品的加工方法,属于稳定装
