The invention discloses a walking cart capable of assisting steering for rehabilitation. The walking cart comprises a base with an inner cavity and a bottom plate. Universal wheels are mounted at theleft end and the right end of the bottom of the base, and a battery is installed in the lower right corner of the base. A rubber pad is adhered to the outer wall of the base, and bearings are mountedon the upper wall and the lower wall of the middle portion of the base in an embedding mode. According to the walking cart, the bearings are mounted on the upper wall and the lower wall of the middleportion of the base in an embedding mode, the bottom plate is horizontally located above the base, and the middle of the bottom end of the bottom plate is vertically welded with a rotating column.
