The bletilla striata callus-inducing culture medium is prepared from the following raw materials inparts by weight: an improved MS culture medium, 1 to 1.5mg/L of 2-4,D, 0.5 to 1.05mg/L of 6-BA, 0 to 1.1mg/L of blumea camphor, 0 to 1.2mg/L of humus, 0 to 1.5mg/L of banana juice, and 0 to 1.35mg/L of corn endosperm, wherein the starch in the improved MS culture medium is used for replacing agar strip; 1g of agar strip is replaced by 3g of starch; the major elements, iron salt and trace elementsin the improved MS culture medium are the same with the major elements, iron salt and trace elements in the MS culture medium; the improved MS culture medium is prepared from the following organic components of 100mg/L of inositol, 1mg/L of hydrochloric acid, 1mg/L of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.2mg/L of thiamine hydrochloride, and 2mg/L of glycine.
