Wire crimping device and wire crimping method

The invention discloses a wire crimping device, which comprises a crimping terminal and a crimping cylinder, wherein one end of the crimping cylinder is open for inserting a wire, and the other end ofthe crimping cylinder is closed and connected with the crimping terminal; the crimping cylinder comprises a crimping section and a tin filling section; and the tin filling section is provided with atin filling hole and a venting hole. The invention also discloses wire crimping method which adopts the aforementioned wire crimping device and comprises the following steps: loading a wire into a crimping cylinder, using a crimping tool to crimp the crimping section and heating the crimping cylinder by using induction welding; after the temperature of the crimping cylinder exceeds the melting point of the tin wire, bringing the tin wire close to the tin filing hole, so that the tin wire is melted to form a soldering tin liquid potted into the crimping cylinder; when the soldering tin liquid formed by melting the tin w
