The method includes the following steps of (1) creating a local database, wherein the PHP development language is adopted for development, on the basis of a B/S framework, a typical MVC layered framework is adopted as the development framework, the Oracle database is adopted, a PDO processing persistence layer and an operating database are applied, a front-end chart engine adopts E charts, a server runs on apache, and a browser with the version of IE6.0 or above is adopted on a client side; (2) conducting interaction, statistics and analysis, wherein the created local database is interacted with a Web Services system adopting XML or SOAP specifications, and data which needs to be applied is obtained from a reflux database of a marketing system, stored in the local database and subjected to statistics and analysis.
