Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a circulating cleaning device for the inner wall of furnace tubes and a cleaning process. The circulating cleaning device comprises a heating furnace, a collection device, a solvent circulating storage tank and a pulse cleaning device. One end of the collection device is connected with the solvent circulating storage tank, and the other end of the collection device is connected with a collection pipeline. One side of the solvent circulating storage tank is connected with the pulse cleaning device, and the other side of the solvent circulating storage tank is connectedwith the upper furnace tube and the lower furnace tube of a heating furnace. Valves are arranged between the solvent circulating storage tank and the upper furnace tube as well as between the solventcirculating storage tank and the lower furnace tube.
