The invention relates to work vehicle transmission disconnect device control with a shaft mounted manifold. A control assembly includes a shaft having a rotation axis extending through a housing of the transmission. A disconnect device is mounted for co-rotation with the shaft about the rotation axis and has disengaged and engaged conditions. A gear is carried by the shaft to rotate about the rotation axis.
