The erection device comprises permanent slings, temporary slings and temporary operating platforms, wherein main cables are connected with the upper ends of the permanent slings through pin-hinge type structures, and tensile cold cast anchor structures are arranged at the lower ends of the permanent slings. Tension rods which are in threaded connection with the cold cast anchor structures are arranged at the upper ends of the temporary slings, and steel strands anchored to continuous tensioning jacks are arranged at the lower ends of the temporary slings. The continuous tensioning jacks and the temporary operating platforms are arranged below anchor boxes of the stiffening girder.
