Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of low modulus and fine foam wet resin. The fine foam wet resin is prepared by synthesizing the following raw materials: polyether polyol A, polyether polyol B, diphenyl methane diisocyanate C, aids, 1,4-butanediol, DMF, an antioxidant and methanol. The preparation method is simple; the prepared wet resin has the advantages of low modulus, good resilience and fine foam. The wet resin has soft hand feel, good embossing performance and good elasticity and is especially suitable for luggage and shoe leather. The wet resin disclosed by the invention ischaracterized in that the modulus reaches 6kg/cm , the fracture strength is 450kg/cm , the viscosity is 170,000cps/70DEG C and the elongation at break is 800 percent. 种低模量、细泡孔湿法树脂的制备方法,合成原料为:聚醚多元醇A、聚酯多元醇B、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯C、助剂、1,4-丁二醇、DMF、抗氧剂和甲醇。本发明的制备方法简单,制得湿法树具有模量低、回弹性好和泡孔细的优点。该湿法树具手感柔软、压纹性能好、弹性好,特别适用地箱包、鞋革。本发明的湿法树脂的模量达到6kg/cm、断裂强度为450kg/cm、粘度为17万cps/70℃、断裂伸长为800%。
