Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene/carbon nanotube two-dimensional layered composite electrode material for supercapacitors. The specific process comprises the steps of openinga laminar structure of graphene paper through adding polymerization inhibiting components such as nickel acetate and urea, thermal expansion and vacuum assistance, and then depositing carbon nanotubes in the opened interlayer structure through vapor deposition to obtain the graphene/carbon nanotube two-dimensional layered composite electrode material. The composite electrode material prepared according to the invention has a very high specific surface area and abundant porous structures, and constructs a three-dimensional conductive network structure by being supported by the carbon nanotubesbetween the layers. The novel graphene-based layered two-dimensional structure shows very high capacitance performance, and is an excellent supercapacitor electrode material.
