Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a titanium alloy obtuse notch fatigue strength loss coefficient evaluation method based on a cycle life. The method comprises the following steps: on the basis of super high-cycle fatigue testing results and a mathematic model, establishing obtuse material notch criterions, introducing cycle life factors, and establishing a set of obtuse notch fatigue strength evaluation models based on a cycle life; rapidly judging whether a notch is an obtuse notch or not rapidly by using the models, and estimating root sizes of different notches, different theoretic stress concentration factors kt and different cycle lives. According to the method, the phenomenon that fatigue strength of a notch is simply evaluated according to the root size of the notch is avoided.
本发明公开了种基于循环寿命的钛合金钝缺口疲劳强度损失系数评估方法,本发明基于超高周疲劳试验结果和数学模型,建立材料钝缺口判据,引入循环寿命因子,建立套基于循环寿命的钝缺口疲劳强度评估模型;该模型可快速判定是否属于钝缺口,估算不同缺口根部尺寸、不同理论应力集中系数kt及不同循寿命的钝缺口疲劳强度。该模型避免了根据缺口根部尺寸简单评估缺口疲劳强度的经验性。 |
