An ES fiber and a non-woven fabric made of the ES fiber prepared by using the spinning oil agent have functions of multi-time hydrophilcity and rapid permeability, in addition are free of environment pollution and can be mainly applied to surface layer materials for infantile paper diapers. 本发明公开种ES纤维无硅多次亲水油剂。所述无硅多次亲水油剂由乳化剂、润湿剂、抗静电剂、磺丙基甜菜碱、蒸馏水组成。应用所述油剂制备的ES纤维及其无纺布具有多次亲水、快速渗透功能，且对环境无污染，主要用作婴儿纸尿裤的面层材料。
