Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an abrasion-resistant substrate, a manufacturing method and a gauge-protection abrasion-resistant block. Compared with a current abrasion-resistant material used in the field of oil and gas exploitation, the abrasion-resistant substrate is advantaged in that hardness can be greatly improved. A nickel-based alloy is used as an impregnated material, and has extremely-high strength after high-temperature sintering and re-condensing, the integral hardness of the abrasion-resistant substrate is favorably improved. The gauge-protection abrasion-resistant block is equivalent with a traditional diamond composite sheet gauge-protection tooth in abrasion-resistance of a thermostabilization glomerocryst sheet; besides, the abrasion-resistance of the whole substrate is obviously improved compared with a traditional steel body drill bit; besides, the substrate has a better effect in hardness; at the same size condition, the cost of the substrate is only 1/5 of that of the traditional diamond compos |
