The invention relates to an arrangement for transmitting collision forces resulting from a possible crash event from one body part (5) to another body part (6) of a motor vehicle (1), with a hollow profile (9) acting as a crash profile, which hollow profile (9) runs in the main direction of travel (10) or transversely with respect to the main direction of travel (10), is loaded in compression during said crash event and the end sides thereof are each supported on one of the body parts (5, 6).
