The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining state information of multiple storage devices; determining an emigrationdevice of to-be-emigrated data and immigration device of to-be-immigrated data from the multiple storage devices according to the state information; selecting to-be-emigrated target data from the data stored in the emigration device; and migrating the target data to the immigration device from the emigration device.
