Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a SPRi biochip preparation method capable of rapidly detecting HIV-1 and an application thereof, wherein the SPRi biochip preparation method has the advantages of high detectionspecificity, simple process, short detection time, and no gene heritable variation problem. The method comprises the following steps: using 10 mM of sodium acetate having a pH value being 5.0 for diluting HIV-1 gp41 protein and anti-human IgG, using a contact method for sample application to a CS gold chip, and effecting the material under room temperature environment; using distilled water for cleaning the CS gold chip, using 500 [mu]L of 1M ethanolamine with the pH value being 9.0 and 10 mM of glycine with the pH value being 1.85 for respectively infiltrating the CS gold chip for 10 min inorder, and preparing the SPRi biochip capable of rapidly detecting HIV-1. The above SPRi biochip is capable of rapidly detecting HIV-1 associated protein, and can be used in the field of biological detection.
