According to the method and the system, relative error value of cumulant is calculated automatically according to a pulverized coal flow accumulated value and a bin reduced weight accumulated value in a preset period of time, an error is corrected automatically, and a worker is not needed to enter a secondary table for changing an interval value; meanwhile, the method and the system judge whether calibration is completed by calculating relative error and comparing the relative error with an error threshold, calibration is terminated automatically when calibration is qualified, artificial intervention and calibration time are reduced, and calibration efficiency is increased. 本发明公开了种煤粉质量流量计在线自动标定方法及系统。所述方法及系统根据预设时间段内的煤粉流量累加值和料仓称重减少累加值自动进行累积量相对误差值的计算,并自动对误差进行修正,不需要进入二次表更改间隔值;同时所述方法及系统通过计算出相对误差与误差阈值进行比较来判断是否完成标定,标定合格自动终止标定,减少了人为的干预和标定的时间,提高了标定效率。
