Color calibration method for color confocal measurement

The invention discloses a color calibration method for color confocal measurement. The method includes the following steps: taking an object surface capable of completely reflecting incident light asa standard reflecting surface and obtaining a basic displacement-wavelength curve of a color confocal measurement system; obtaining a displacement-wavelength curve of each wavelength by taking a colorcard as a measured object; calculating the magnitude and direction of an offset [delta]i of the displacement-wavelength curves of each wavelength relative to the basic displacement-wavelength curve,and making a color shift table on the basis of the offsets and a central wavelength; obtaining central wavelength information of all colors on the surface of the measured object through a spectrometer, and finding out corresponding offsets [Delta]i from the color shift table; obtaining corresponding displacement-wavelength curves of all the colors on the surface of the measured object by means ofthe calibrated basic displac
