Zusammenfassung:The material proportion of invented pipe are linear low density polyethylene 100%, chlorated paraffin 6-8%, antimony trioxide 4.5-6%, antimony pentoxide 1.2%, coupling agent 0.5-1.5%, calcium bicarbonate 0.3-0.6% and aluminium hydroxide 5-8%, after mixing, it is kneaded at 90-110 deg.C, prilled, plasticized at 120-150 deg.C, extruded and coiled to obtain the product. It possesses fire-retardance, insulation, anti-static, no liability to aging, good tenacity, easy bending and convenience for construction. It is suitable for insulated casing pipe for piercing thro. conductor in various enging works, and for conveying pipeline of inflammable gas and liquid.
