Zusammenfassung:A pin gear profile curve comprises a smooth curve which is naturally formed by an equidistant line of an extending involute, and an involute, wherein a starting point of the involute is below a pitchcircle, so that the curve in meshing is a conjugate gear profile involute all the time and is different from a common involute gear in that the groove bottom of a gear root is elliptic, and thus the maximum bending strength is achieved; a gear root transition curve is provided with the maximum curvature radius, and the comprehensive curvature radius of the gear root transition curve is far more than an existing fixed value 1.5dp; and moreover, the involute and a pin gear groove bottom curve are in natural smooth transition, so that the bending strength is improved; the strength checking calculation is accurate; the curve meets the property of an involute gear, so that the processing is extremely convenient; the gear can be optimized by fine processing after displacing and hardening, and thus tooth pitch and the li
