The reaming and grouting spiral pile comprises a pile rod and a reaming device, wherein atleast one spiral blade is arranged at the peripheral side of the pile rod in a length direction; the reaming device is arranged on the pile rod and is positioned at the part, between the end part used for being connected with a power head and any one spiral blade, of the pile rod, so that a soil body is extruded in the soil layer in a length direction and/or the peripheral side of the pile rod.
