Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel application of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol, namely an application of the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol in improving an astaxanthin content in haematococcus pluvialis cells. The application comprises the following steps: continuously cultivating haematococcus pluvialis under conditions that light intensity is 2500-2800lux and temperature is at 24-26 DEG C until cell concentration is 1*10 -1.5*10 cells/mL, adding a BBM medium which is free from a nitrogen source, and diluting the haematococcus pluvialis cells to 2*10 -3*10 cells/mL, so that haematococcus pluvialis algae liquid is obtained; adopting 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol mother liquid which is prepared through absolute ethyl alcohol, adding the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol mother liquid to the haematococcus pluvialis algae liquid, so that the induced haematococcus pluvialis algae liquid is obtained, and implementing illuminating culture under conditions that temperatureis 27-29 DEG C and light intensity |
