The method comprises the following steps: taking polydimethylsiloxane as a substrate; during preparation, preparing inorganic perovskite quantum dots containing different holagen elements by a thermal injection method, dispersing the inorganicperovskite quantum dots into normal hexane or methylbenzene and storing for retention; mixing polydimethylsiloxane and a curing agent uniformly, pouring the mixture into a solvent containing the quantum dots to form mixed liquid, putting the mixed liquid into a vacuum drying box and drying only for 6 to 8 hours to prepare a composite membrane, so that the time is greatly shortened and the time cost is reduced; meanwhile, the method is simple to operate, has good market value and is easy to popularize.
