The preparation method comprises the following steps: feeding EVAI, EVAII, OBC, ethylene propylene diene monomer, graphene, zinc stearate and zinc oxide in an internal mixer and mixing the components to obtain a mixture; transferring the mixture into an open mixing machine, adding an odorless cross-linking agent, a foaming agent and a coloring agent, carrying out open mixing, and discharging a material sheet; transferring the material sheet into a pelletizer, and carrying out pelleting to obtain shoe making particles; feeding the shoe making particles in an injection molding machine, injecting the shoe making particles into a shoe mold, and opening the mold to obtain a pre-vulcanized sole; and placingthe pre-vulcanized sole in a high pressure reactor and carrying out mould pressing to obtain the heat-conduction graphene sole.
