A power battery (3) comprises a first battery cell (1) and a second battery cell (2). A first switching switch (5) is connected between the negative pole and positive pole of the first battery cell, a second switching switch (6) is connected between the negative pole and positive pole of the second battery cell, a third switching switch (7) is connected between the negative pole of the first battery cell and the positive pole of the second battery cell, and the positive pole of the first battery cell and the negative pole of the second battery cell serve as the positive pole and negative pole of the power battery for output correspondingly; and the three switching switches are controlled through a control module of the power battery, and the total voltage U2 of the power battery during charging and discharging of the power battery is changed.
