Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a culture medium composition for saussurea involucrate tissue culture and belongs to the field of biological medicine. The culture medium composition is prepared from a basic culture medium MS, fructose, glucose, agar, 6-BA and 2,4-D. The invention also provides application of the composition. The culture medium composition is mainly used for callus induction or callus subculture of saussurea involucrate, and the culture conditions include temperature of 23-25 DEG C, sunlight time of 9-15 h/d, and light intensity of 1900-2500 lx. The dry weight and total flavonoid content of callus obtained by utilizing the culture medium composition to perform saussurea involucrate tissue culture are remarkably improved compared with the prior art. 本发明提供了种天山雪莲组织培养的培养基组合物及其应用,属于生物医药领域。该培养基组合物由基本培养基MS、果糖、葡萄糖、琼脂、6-BA和2,4-D组成。本发明还提供了该组合物的应用,主要用于天山雪莲的愈伤组织诱导或愈伤组织继代培养,培养条件:温度23~25℃,光照时间9~15h/d,光照强度1900~2500lx。利用本发明培养基组合物进行天山雪莲的组织培养得到的愈伤组织干重和总黄酮含量与现有技术相比,均有显著提高。
