Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a stepwise frequency modulation method based on centralized control and related to micro-grid island operation. The method comprises the following steps of step1, dividing a stable state into three steps, which are a stable state 0, a stable state 1 and a stable state 2, and initializing the stable state into the stable state 0; step2, describing the power supply equipmentof the micro-grid island operation; step3, describing the energy storage equipment of the micro-grid island operation; step4, according to an energy-storage charged state, determining and converting the current stable state; and step5, according to a balance proportion charging and discharging strategy, considering a single energy-storage charged state. In the invention, standby energy storage canbe used to rapidly charge and discharge during load changes or distributed power generation fluctuations, power balance is realized and the effect of stabilizing a system frequency is achieved.
