The invention discloses a data processing method and device. The method comprises the steps that a first keyword and a second keyword are extracted from keywords of target data; the first keyword serves as an index and is compared with hash keywords of all data blocks in sequence; on the basis of the storage position mapped by the first keyword when comparison is successful, the target data blockwith the first keyword as the hash keyword is obtained; the second keyword serves as an index and is compared with the intermediate value of the index of the target data block and the intermediate value, obtained after recursive subdivision, of the index of the target data block in sequence, wherein the index comprises the serial number of the sequence of data in the target data block; on the basis of the storage position mapped by the second keyword when comparison is successful, the target data is obtained from the corresponding storage position of the target data block.
