The concrete mixing plant comprises filler silos, a mixing engine, a filler weigher and an aggregate hopper, andfurther comprises the dust removal bin, wherein the dust removal bin comprises a bin body; filler silo channels connected with the filler silos are arranged on the bin body; filler silo first dust removers used for removing dust in the filler silos are arranged in the filler silo channels; and filler silo second dust removers used for performing secondary dust removal on dust filtered by the filler silo first dust removers are arranged in the bin body. When the concrete mixing plant is used, secondary dust removal on filler can be performed through the filler silo first dust removers and thenthe filler silo second dust removers, so that the content of dust emitted to the air is reduced.
