The invention provides a blade processing clamp which comprises a base, wherein a base positioning structure for positioning a blade to arrange the cutting edge of the blade horizontally is arranged on the base; the base is provided with a lateral positioning part and a lateral clamping part; the lateral clamping part and the base positioning structure are arranged in an isolated manner, so that an elastic deforming space where the lateral clamping part deforms is formed between the lateral clamping part and the base positioning structure; the blade processing clamp also comprises a clamping structure for driving the lateral clamping part to deform elastically to clamp the blade between the lateral positioning part and the lateral clamping part when the blade is clamped.
