Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparing method for dough. The method includes the following steps: providing a plurality of materials including main raw material compositions and a yeast aqueous solution,mixing these materials into foodstuff blanks, performing multiple times of stirring on the foodstuff blanks, and making the blank stand for a period of time between every two times of stirring. The step of providing a plurality of materials includes mixing flour and edible oil into the main raw material compositions and mixing yeast and water into the yeast aqueous solution.
